Before we can approve a tenancy agreement, there are a few things we need from a rental applicant.
Fully completed application form
Non-refundable $40 application fee, cash or money order only
2 months worth of proof of income with supporting documentation
Rental deposit equivalent to 6 weeks rent
We will carry out checks on credit history, criminal records and bankruptcy filings.
Once an application is approved and a property is set aside for a tenant, the rental deposit becomes non-refundable.
