Our office will remain closed to the public.
Rent payments can be mailed to: PO Box #15096, Detroit, MI 48215. Cashiers checks and/or money orders should be made out to: Banyan Property Management Services, LLC. We are no longer taking cash payments. You may also send payments via the Venmo app. Be sure to include your address.
Maintenance requests can still be called into the office during this time. (313) 499-8237, press option #1 to leave a message. The emergency hotline number is (313) 824-2796 for after hour emergencies.
